We are honored to announce that The Brownstones at Chevy Chase Lake received national recognition at the annual Best in American Living Awards (BALA) ceremony. The community received the Platinum level award for Best Townhome, the highest award given in the competition.
Sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and Professional Builder magazine, the awards are considered by many to be the industry's leading residential design award competition, paying tribute to homes across the nation that illustrate design excellence and represent the "Best in American Living." Winning projects exemplify design concepts such as livability of the home floorplan and construction quality.
